Hubert Freidl 於2003年創建了樂賞購。她甩了兩部份，專貴用戶和合作商戶。

2014年11月，專貴用戶分為兩部分，忠誠消費者和網絡者(升了級的消費者)。消費者繼續留在Lyoness平台上，網絡者則遷至Lyconet平台。網絡者除享有消費者一切權益外，更享有事業及平衡兩個計劃。全部共十二種收入。

樂賞購專貴會員咭是確定了忠誠消費者和網絡者在消費社區中的身份亦同時用來登記消費後的現金回贈。這張專貴會員咭可在全球各合作商戶使用。

Hubert Freidl created Lyoness in 2003. It consists of two parties include Premium Account users and SME.

In 2014 November, the Premium Accunt Users split into two the Loyalty Shopper who remain on the platform Lyoness and the Networker that is the upgrade version of Shopper and with two programs namely Balance Program and Career Program. The number of income Shopper has is three while Networker is twelve. For simplicity management, Shopper remain on the Lyoness platform and Networker shift to the newly build platform Lyconet.

The Lyoness VIP card is granted to the Shopper and Networker to identify them in the Shopping COmmunity and for recording the cash back transactions. This VIP card could be used at all Loyalty SME worldwide.

合作商戶 SME

中型及小型企業 (中小企) 是消費社區裡的加盟商戶和企業賣產品及服務予各位客人。樂賞購忠誠商戶部門給予各忠誠商戶幾種工具支援他們在消費社區裡經營。這些工具包括：

2 消息新聞發佈

3 客戶管理

4 分析報表

商戶付一次性的加盟費港幣二萬一千九百元。然後只每條交易付費5% 至 7%。每位商戶有二百五十張雙標咭以招收新會員。

商戶涉及黄、賭及/或毒均不接受申請。

Small and Medium size Enterprise (SME) are the shops and companies selling products and services to customers. Lyoness SME department provies a number of tools to support them running their business within the Lyoness Shopping Community. The tool kit include

1. Shopping Point Deal

2. News Letter

3. Customer Relation Management

4. Analytic Report

A lumpsum one time charge of HK$21,900 as the enrollment fee and the one time loyalty fee say 5 to 7 percent charge on each business transaction. In general, each SME has 250 co-brand card to invite new Loyalty members.

No drug, blue, gamble, commission based SME.
