SME, Small and Medium Size company is one of the two primary members within Lyoness. It is not known which of the two element members came in first. In general, SME contributes all the income to Lyoness. SME needs to pay the HK$21,900 (USD$800 for Online Shop) be admited as the SME member of Lyoness. Then base on each sales transaction record registered, contributes the designated percentage of the sales to Lyoness. The amount SME allocated for each sales transaction, Lyoness will deduct 2% for operation, the cash back% to the card holder and 1% to the direct and indirect friendship bonus, the rest will allocate to the public pool on programs such as Balance and Career.
Regular invoices are send to the SME account and the SME should settle the invoice within the defined period of time. Shopping point deals (SPD) are initiated and to be created by the SME. On the other hand, SPD are to be used as advertising on the SME product to the customers.
LoyaltyProgram.com is the default website where the loyalty SME could ligin to create the SPD, generating and sending the NewsLetter, checking on the reports on Customer Relation Management and some other reports etc.
